i make anday aloo the same way. makes a yum desi nashta with paratha on a weekend. Have made it for dinner/lunch too at times 
Am going to make the potato egg salan today following niks appi’s recipe. I thought I had lamb cut pieces in the freezer but when I just opened it I realised I had useed them earlier
