We have had to let go CM's and Moderators in the past for showing biasness.
As for your ''mai te kuch ve nahi kya'' you're here in every feedback thread about others getting banned making comments that have nothing to do with you. Its funny how sometimes people say Moderators all take each others' side well all of you come here in droves too so ya know sometimes we have to back each other up too just like you guys do. :)
You don't know what goes on behind the scenes. We don't hand out warnings like candy or randomly. E.g. if a person has a multi and goes on a rampage but is very shareef to you with his normal nick you would never know what he did or why he got banned. We do. :)

I’ve been on GS for a long time now and I have come to know some fantastic people and I have met some fantastic people because of GS itself so yes maintaining an atmosphere here so everyone can post in a good environment is a privilege. GS stopped being ‘‘just the internet’’ for me when I think of the friendships I’ve made here and the people I’ve met.
As for multis members in the team are only allowed to know it on a need-to-know basis.

As for this thread, all I can say is that some of you have way too much time and a pretty nasty attitude overall. Btw, if you read your own comments, the lick ass (using this word just because some of you have already used it in this thread, just wanted to belongggg) attitude with the banned group is very obvious. It's like you have your own little community pooch pooching each other. Funny part is some of the folks you're so concerned about are back posting with new nicks and are getting along just fine. Wonder why you're sweating so much.
