There is a good hospital in Sehwan and at this moment Sindh CM is there but naturally that is not so big to meet this big disaster .

But thats my point. It means its not as big as its supposed to be. Hospitals are made as per the population of that town/city and since this has a shrine, the visitors should have been counted for. With a little planning you can get these things accomplished within a couple of years. Look how tragic these losses are which could be avoided to some extent.
