It has been blocked from airing from Express News. He hosts Live with Talat program. He is the only anchor perhaps who is not for sale. Does anyone know what happened?

Or it could very well be the bi-annual change of networks that pakistani anchors are into. They just disappear as if they were banned and resurface on a different network. But to some pakistanis, it's entirely plausible that the first order Sethi gave after becoming CM was to ban talat. Man, pakistanis are into conspiracy theories!

I dont think Sethi would ban his show in a million years. Its not like something like this wouldnt become public fodder in a jiffy.
I agree, its quite likely that he is changing channels, either for better money, or because of organizational changes. Maya Khan just joined Express news, so that could have had something to do with his decision to leave. But the timing is awkward for sure.

he may not be corrupt but intellectually he is bankrupt…i used to read his urdu columns regularly and he never impressed me…a mediocre writer at best..and that is not his mistake..he is product of a system where “how to think logically and how to present it logically” is non existent…just an example how idiot talat is, he proposed that Tahir Qadri trying to start a sect war in pakistan and wants to divide Pakistan on sect basis..
now qadri can be anything but he is not a rleigous bigot…and this is just one example…many other examples as well…
plus his ego is way out of control…he is not a humble person..always places himself on a so-called pedestal
