An unavoidable Break in your talent !!!...

Not necessarilly related to professional writers or poets or columnist but even as a student when asked to write something in details as an essay or lay down your thoughts or prove certain things logically, have you or had you ever experienced the phenomenon of a writer’s BLOCK?

Did you ever find your mind blank of ideas and thoughts like a clean slate? How much annoyed you feel when it happens and what do you do to normally clear a BLOCK:D

Let’s see how many writing experts we have here :-p

Re: An unavoidable Break in your talent !!!..

oh hey aq thank you for opening this thread. writer’s block is a killer.

…i know i have to turn in the paper tomorrow. i know it needs to be 2000 words or more. i know what i have to write about and everything..but i just cant put it into words! i only have 200 words so far :frowning:

i’ve got a lit class this semester, and we’re just writing 1 paper after another, and gaaah i’m so verbally exhausted :teary3: i know now that i’m not cut out to be a writer.

anyways. there are many solutions to writers block. 1 is to start talking to yourself about your assignment. sooner or later you’ll hear yourself say something good and you can start writing.

or you can start staring at your calendar, and pretty soon it sinks in that the deadline is lurking aroun the corner, and (hopefully) you get a surge of energy to get it out of the way.

Re: An unavoidable Break in your talent !!!...

writer's block happens when people are not thinking clearly. it happens to all good writers. either something else is pre occupying their minds or they are not in the rights space to jot their thoughts together as best as they are capable of doing at a better time.
