An outline for those planning diet

We all know the gym is right place when we want to lose weight, but being an exercise chor, i have kept away from it. I wanted to lose some weight, since it has shot up from 46 to 50. No that i looked fat but i just wanted o maintain a healthy weight, instead of panicking once it shoots high. Crash diet is not my thing. Even if it was, i wont go for it since it effects your face badly. You never want to look pale with dull skin and shrunk facial frame. So a strict watch on what i am eating and i am back to 46. Some special considerations:

A glass of water in the morning: Helps excrete toxic fats.

Low sugar and low salt: Both work as appetite suppressant.

Papaya: No matter how much i dislike the taste, i admit the fact it is a great gift. Papaya for breakfast and a slice after meals. It aids to digestion.

Cabbage ginger soup: Plain cabbage soup advised to weight watchers is a true torture. Totally bland. If you put in some ginger, it will taste comparatively better(to those whose taste buds accept ginger). A dash of chicken to it will be good too. Ginger has wads of benefits for the stomach, other then the usual aid to digestion. Cabbage fills you up with an ignorable number of calories. Also reduces serum cholesterol. Contains vitamin E so a blessing for skin.

Green tea: Again, for digestion. Don’t drink when boiling hot, just sufficiently warm will do. But without sugar. Its anti aging and anti oxidant.

**Water, during the day:**Carrying a bottle in hand is more convenient if you are not used to drinking water. You will know how much you have drunk and how much more you need. It should be at least one and a half liter a day. But drink at intervals. Your belly may start protruding out when you are actually losing weight if you drink a lot at one time. For me it worked as appetite suppressant.

You may drink hot if you can. But since its without sugar, and almost bland, its easier to drink when warm. You can finish it in 3-4 sips.

3/4 medium head cabbage, chopped
2 white onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
6 cups water
l large can (28 ounces) tomatoes, chopped, with juice
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 dashes hot sauce, optional
1/2 inch piece of ginger
Preparation:

In large pan, combine chopped cabbage, chopped onions, peppers and water. Bring mixture to boil over medium-high heat; turn down to low. Add garlic, hot sauce, and ginger; cover and continue cooking until ingredients are tender, about 1 1/2 hours. Add chopped tomatoes and juice. Add more water if needed. Sift and serve.

hello thanks for sharing this recepie.. i need to loose from thighs.whenever i get time i do excercise but it seems NO CHANGES !. i m skinny from the upper part... i cant do diet bz i hav really dark dark circles :( can any1 help i hav only 3months bz i m getting married.

its simple,,,,do not go below 500 calories from your normal caloric intake. most female got the maintainace level of 1500-1700 calories. so if you dont go below 1200 caloric level your wont hurt your body and you will maintain muscles and loose just fat.

There is thread called p90x in the "health and fitness section" and T1000 (kool nickname btw) has posted links for this routine. you can follow it and if you follow it correctly you can really tone up in just 2 months and have the 3rd month just for your wedding plannings and stuff etc.

I hve told you alot about weight loss now you can you tell me how to get rid of dark circles. i have them too and have them for a while now (I used to hve sleeping disorder), so do you know anything how to get rid of them.

have heard that putting cucumber slices on them helps..
also tea bags after using them are gud,
and another one is using potato slices on ur eyes..
these r just tips which i have read here and there..but heard they do work..gud luck.!

kheeray sheeray aur is tara ki cheezain to larkian karti hain. is there like a tablet or something for the dark circles.
On the other hand, loadshedding is getting worse and worse here in Pakistan and there is nothing else to do coz computer/internet is out and TV is also out so i just simply can apply the "veggie salad" on my face while listening music on mp3 player. hmmmmmmmm. thanks princess for the tip.

You need to be consistent with whatever you do. Be it just 40 minutes walk daily, you can only see results if you are regular. Search youtube, you will find very exercises.
