I can't really see any act of terror in this pic either.
There are loads of other pictures, that show how brutally Israeli soldiers act against Palestinians. This is definitely not one of them.

all i said was, the first pic didnt look anything like what outlaw made it sound as. the pics you posted certainly do show intimidation, but i wouldnt really comment on them until the context of the pics is clear.
