I haven’t yet seen a single person in my whole life who has the combination of two passions in him.
Even though he rarely practices 5 times regular namaz and doesn’t do anything himself to improve the image of Islam, but does have a strong passion to frequently and generally bash/curse the Mullahs/scholars. (I might be included in this category)
He has a strong passion and love for doing Hifaz, learn Quran and Hadith and share it with others, which is evident from his sincere behavior and the financial aid that he gives to the deserving students of Hifaz, Quran and hadith, from his monthly pay. (some people I know here are included in this category)
Even if all the scholars in the world become 100% corrupt, it doesn’t justify my ignorance for the Orders of Allah (swt), teachings of his prophet (saw) and my lack of love for doing Hifaz of Quran. I can’t compensate my own disobedience towards Allah (swt) through bashing of the bad scholars. (Seen many such cases in daily life, me included). Mujhey phir bhi hai hukum-e-azaan La-ilaaha illallah…
p.s. The people of the 2nd categary I have seen usually shed tears and humbly cry at night infront of Allah (swt) for the guidance of corrupt scholars instead of satisfying their own egoes by bashing them, while religiously following the lifestyle/ways in daily life that are totally different than that of the Prophet (saw) and Suhabas (r.a).
Even the Prophet (saw) didn't bash/curse the worst enemy of Islam in his times. (If he had done it, it would have been justified due to his own perfect obedience towards Allah (swt). He only encouraged good and discourage bad.
People like me should first bash themselves (in their heart) for their infinite disobediences, correct themselves.
The point of the thread was to discuss a certain behavior. When one stops aggressive attitude towards ones own laziness towards ones faith, but consistently participates in bashing/cursing others, whenever one gets an opportunity through an odd case.
The question is: How much does bashing helps the one who is being bashed, those who are listening/reading/observing the bashing/cursing comments and the one who himself is having a bashing attitude ?
ps - my apologies brother, i havent been able to contribute to the tread you asked me to, although i read it

R.A.W., your intention behind this thread is right :k:
But (speaking for myself) if I see someone molesting a child (like in the video posted in R&S where that maulvi is touching a little boy from behind, while the poor boy is praying) then whether it is a molvi or somebody else, I am going to bash and scold that person and think off all the bad things that should happen to him.
I am not saying that it is a good approach, but to think of my own flaws before bashing a rapist, is the last thing that will come in my mind.
I respect everyone equally. If someone is a scholar, I will not make any comment on him/her until I am close to this person to be able to actually see how much of his/her knowledge is being applied to life. If I can't see it, I will not comment (good or bad). This applies to every single person I come across in life. If I don't know them close enough to actually see their lifestyle, behaviour and know their thoughts and opinions well, I will not comment or bash them or even compliment them.
