We make dosai in a dosai kallu with apai to spread the dosai maavu, and a flate headed thingy (I forget the technical name!). Broomstick may be Andhra ispecialty.

yes i had seen it with my own eyes but that was the only place where i saw making of dosa with broomstick..........

Khaadim = Khidmat Karne wala (doing service) as Shahbaz Sharif claimed to be Khadim e Aala..

although Khadim is used for Naukar.. but Naukar = Nokri karne wala
