There is one interview question that I have been stuck trying to find an answer to,and that question is “Why do you want to work here?” or “Why do you want to work with our company?”. How do you answer it if you are asked that question in an interview?
Re: An interview question
The answer depends on what kind of company it is , Fortune 100, an upstart , manufacturing , financial , global , small , big etc etc.
There can never be universal answer to this question.
Because it is one of the fortune 100 companies. I would love to work for one because the kind of exposure and experience I get here will not be available anywhere else.
I would love to work for an upstart because it provides unique opportunities for growth.
I always wanted to work for a manufacturing company, I love to watch how stuff is made.
I like to work for a financial company , I love the looks and smell of money.
The last one is a joke I pulled in an interview and it was a very good ice breaker. I got the job there.
Re: An interview question
same questioned was asked to me a couple of weeks ago at an interview
My answer:
"this schools has one of the best reputations in the area, and i believe i will be learning and gaining so much knowledge and ideas by working here, i believe i can contribute alot to the school( and give ideas)".
Worked for me...:)
Good answer. :k: From my personal experiences if you throw in a few ideas for the growth or improvement of the company that works like a charm and brings you closer to getting that job.
