An idling car is a devil's workshop.

Re: An idling car is a devil's workshop.

I say we bring back the kodai or umbrella. It is a moving tree and provides shade wherever you go. Another way to keep cool is to dab face hand etc with watler. Evaporation will cool you for 10 min.

My pet peeved is the starbucks crowd who hunt for coffee in their suv/bnw/ big van idling away. Sometimes a line of 10 cars builds up while inside store coubter has no line.

Re: An idling car is a devil’s workshop.

^ this exactly!! I get in and out of the starbucks by my work faster going inside than waiting in that stupid drive through that wraps around the corner of the parking lot :nahi:

Re: An idling car is a devil's workshop.

Walking past some houses on way backbfrom morning walk counted at least 4 people spraying weed killer on areas they had filled with stones (to prevent weeds). They were too lazyvto just bend and pivkbthe weeds.

Re: An idling car is a devil’s workshop.

It is my nap time also sleeping in car while waiting :snooty:

Re: An idling car is a devil's workshop.

I avoid drive through if I can.

Re: An idling car is a devil's workshop.

Uk peoples - is this something thought about here? I have never really heard of it. Maybe I am dumb or something.

Re: An idling car is a devil’s workshop.

sleeping in an idling car?

Re: An idling car is a devil's workshop.

Now that warrants a separate thread!!

Re: An idling car is a devil's workshop.

The fact you are showing interest is positive. Just google " is idling a car necessary?" Or " harm done to environment by idling a car"

If you could share with us your finding. ( I bet that would get more eyeballs than my boring rants)
