If there are dry dirty clothes and some clean clothes touch them, will the clean clothes then be classed as na-paak too?

The dryness of dirty clothes prevents the uncleanliness to be transferred to the clean clothes as long as they are dry too.

Also, what is the position if you touch something and your hands may have had naajas on them, and later on someone else touches that object?

Don’t let the doubts play on your mind - If you doubt that your hands may be naajas then assume them to be clean. Don’t let the lingering doubts take over your mind. You have to be stubborn and strongly reject the lingering doubts playing on your mind. Be stubborn and reject the lingering doubts as waswasa (whispering) from shaytaan the cursed and have faith in Allah Almighty.
