Though this I appeal Chief Justice of Pakistan Mr. Iftikhar Mohammed Chaudhary to keep my this petition pending with him till he comes back to office. On the present supreme court as an ordinary man I have no trust. Mr. Iftikhar Mohammed Chaudhry on 9th was a Chief Justice. He was active chief justice and not Non Functioning or On Leave which was done many days later. On 9th March he was still chief justice and no office order about him had been issued. Yet the others took charge of Acting Chief Justice. The other components all in one or two hours from Lahore and Karachi reached to attend the oath taking fuction perhaps on Time Waves. On such a set up Supreme Court I have no trust. As such my request that this petition is kept pending by Justice Mr. Iftikar to hear at appropriate time when he comes back to his seat or as our next President of Pakistan. Media Regulatory Authority PEMRA which has played a shameful dishonest role. A law was made banning all live coverage. Under this all (in fact live coverage of carwans of On Leave Chief Justice) Live Coverages were banned. Acting dishonestly and showing partism the PEMRA closed its eyes from live coverage by Geo TV Channel of Budget on 9 May and Punjab Budget on 13 May. Thus PEMRA has played a partism role and in favour of one party. I appeal to Chief Justice to take note of this in public interest that a government department is breaking the law.
