No teeka again!
i didn't like the bridesmaid's color peach on darker skin tones was a terrible idea, he sould have chosen a rusty orange or a dark golden color, the pale colors didn't work and washed kareena out as well.
i also didn't like her 80s inspired wedding dress and think it looked tacky
and didn't like her indian dress either...not a fan of the nikkah outfit much either just bc the top doesn't seem to go with the bottom.

she is such an oldie, but she neva forgets to stick her stuff out. Why couldn’t she do a normal pose?

gosh y do we always look at everythin from a religious point of view..nywayz i dun like the colors of the dress shes wearing n those big flowers on dupatta r plain tacky..i like wht malaikas wearin tho

I don't know if anyone saw the video but the end where Salman Khan sat inside a rickshaw next to it's driver, and that guy sped off the rickshaw so fast.. lol.. he wanted to take Salman for a ride.. lol it was SO funny watching the rickshaw go zooooooooom. For a change, there were some nicely dressed people at this wedding, usually at bollywood shadis, guests dress up so horribly that it looks like a costume party.

some of the outfits were not at all weddingish... very bland
and the brides maid dresses were so tasteles... i only liked few reception dresses.

The bride, Amrita, looks more like a guest. She could have worn at least a teeka to make herself stand out more as the star of the show. I wonder why she chose to play herself down so much. Perhaps she prefers simplicity.
Kareena looks gorgeous and if one didn't know any better, one would assume that Kareena is the bride. I wonder how Kareena will dress on her own wedding. Will she play it down the way Amrita has........or will she deck herself all out with a dupatta covering her head and tika dangling from her forehead....and look more like a bride in the traditional sense.
Diya Mirza looks a lovely in her green sari. I think the bright blue sari goes well with Priyanka's skin tone. And Karishma kapoor looks very nice.
Katrina looks cute in her pink sari but i feel it would look better if it covered her better. She hasn't left much to the imagination in a way, lol. Malaika looks nice and not overdone although I'm not too fond of her teeka style. I like the teeka that sits flat better.
Twinkle Khanna.......Oh my Good GOD!!!! Her outfit makes no coherent sense what so ever. It makes no sense. And I don't think it goes with the occasion at all. The top, the bright dupatta and purse, the skirt don't go together. I think she tried to match the shoes....but they are red instead of pink......GAAAHHHH!!!! Weird!

KAreena is soo dressed up in comparison to the rest. She is soooo stealing the bride's thunder. But then again, I can't blame her b/c Amrita is not even wearing a teeka. She should have done SOMETHING to standout from the crowd. I think Malaika has toned her look down enough to not look like she is the bride. But I must say, Kareena by far, looks the prettiest...despite being over dressed. Katrina looks very pretty is pink, teh saree is so feminie and so is teh cut of her blouse. Twinkle's outfit...I liek teh colours but teh bodice isn't the right length for her height/body. Priyanka looks BLA...the hair is so boring and the saree is so not exciting.
i don't think she's overdressed i mean i thought women in texas dress up for a wedding, then i went to one in ny and realized even at a mendhi women wera heavy jewelry and heavier suits where as in texas for the most part ppl still wear plainer but vibrantly colored suits for a mendhi.
as a wedding guest i think kareena isn't overdone at all

hey we have been somehow criticizing the bride's simplicity and the church wedding, the background of the Restaurant in the photo shoots and all...
I think I would feel bad if Amrita were to read these posts. I would actually like to thanks these people for sharing their beautiful day with us.
