I love it. Papa Nazi pay heavy price to change regimes and stuff, and those countries STILL come out against Nazi barbarians. Way to go!
KUWAIT: A gender-segregated crowd of 3,000 gathered at Flag Square late yesterday to rally in support of Lebanon and Palestine. Twenty-six organizations - from Shiite and Sunni Islamists and liberals to student unions and teacher associations - all calling for an end to Israeli hostilities. MP Hussein Al-Huraiti called for an oil embargo on the US, although Kuwait and other oil-producing Arab nations have said oil is not a strategic weapon. “The responsibility is on the US - the US is a partner of Israel,” said Huraiti to the crowd that was waving Lebanese, Palestinian and Hezbollah flags.
“We cannot live deprived anymore! We cannot live oppressed anymore!” Lebanese citizen Umm Ali Al-Hajar told the cheering crowd. The frequently-used Hezbollah chant of “We will not be humiliated!”, which is a quote from Imam Al-Hussein, who was the grandson of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), rang out throughout the rally.
MP Musallam Al-Barrak spoke directly to Hezbollah Secretary General Hassan Nasrallah. “Is this not enough pride for you? You are fighting the enemy and all Arab armies are silent…26 days in lieu of other Arab armies that were defeated in six days,” he said, referring to the 1967 Six Day War. The crowd later marched towards the National Assembly where acting Speaker of Parliament MP Ahmed Al-Mulaifi was to speak. While Arab countries have provided humanitarian aid to Lebanon, none have cut off ties with Israel. Signs at last night’s rally saying “Chavez is the real Arab leader!” reinforced this fact after the Venezuelan leader Hugo Chavez expelled the Israeli ambassador earlier this week.
This is just what an increasing number of neo-cons and erstwhile champions of Israel are saying, namely that anti-American sentiment is increasing in the previously most pro-US parts of the Arab world. So they are muttering about Israel be an expensive loss to America, and liabilty all round.
Oil was blocked off in the 70s, & it should be done again to make these idiots understand. But the problem is that King Faisal (original mastermind) was then "assassinated" by his own brainwashed nephew sent from the USA.
Saudi alone is not there to be blamed. Egypt, Jordan, Syria, Iran, Kuwait.... they are all controlled by dictators and are part of the problem in mid-east.
