You know that he takes his cues from media clowns from around the world and tries to add a local flavour to his performance.
I say that because we know how much he is into movies and acting.

Actually to be honest these past two years I have enjoyed Geo’s ramadhan transmission more:halo: . I much prefer a variety of shows e.g waah waah SubhanAllah , Bayan ul Quran , Alif laam meem etc than having Amir Liaquat on the tele all day and night… Geo were going great without him in my opinion !
Now coming to Amir Liaquat’s returning show as much as I don’t like him after that yt video , he is a human afterall and we all make mistake and if he has and is apologizing then I think we should let it go. Ab dil ko kis ne kol kar dekha hai if he’s faking or not . Or waise bhe jab Allah bandey ko maaf kar sakhta hai , phir hum kiya cheez hai batain bana ney wale …

In related annoying news, everbody's favourite Maaya Khan & Shahid Masood will be doing Ramzaan transmission from ARY.
Don't these channels realize that having discredited and controversial personalities on their channels can't be good for them.
They must really think that the general public is stupid. Or maybe they know better than us and the public IS really that stupid.
And when did SM leave Express. These people are like the proverbial rolling stones (who never gather any moss).
With every move, they become less and less attractive and credible.
It's just a stint for them and they are just performers like the drama artists.

i agree @superstar, no one can tell if his intentions are clean or not except himself nd Allah swt.
I liked his daily half an hour transmissions on ARY aalim aur aalam, very informative. I absolutely loved the show he did last year throughout ramzan! what he is and how he is in private i dont care, is he a hypocrite... maybe and maybe not, no one can be flawless. Perhaps we should focus more on the good stuff he says/does.

After seeing the promos on GEO it looks like Amir Liaquat will be totally hogging the screen doing : the hosting , alim online , roza kushai , choti si naiki type segment , some quiz show and cooking …
NoooO I miss Geo’s transmission from last year. They had such a variety 
I wanted Geo to do a grown up version of waah waah SubanAllah this year !
