Most of the US desi weddings I’ve seen are less blingy (I don’t mean in terms of cost).. Obviously there are exceptions but generally speaking there seem to be quite a lot of differences in overall style imo.. M_was_here once mentioned she could tell if a desi bridegroom was from the UK and what she said was so true lol.. Each to their own tho, everyone has their own personal take on how their perfect day should be
