if you dont know about the studies and how they’re carried out…then its no use making wild guesses.
we dont fill out prescriptions. majority of times we CHECK the prescriptions written by doctors…and counsel patients. provide other services and do medicine use reviews etc… the role is very varied depending on which sector someone is working in …be it community, hospital, industry etc.
the studies are NOT done by the pharmaceutical companies…i’d be a JOKE if it was done by them they obviously do the initial studies…but the trials etc done after that involve many things.
anyway, we’re talking about the job of a pharmacist here…and you clearly dont know what it involves.

not everything in the world is about "making"...I wouldnt compromise alot of other things in my life just for a job....so you have to look at the whole picture....yes maybe i'll make less money than them....but make alot of other things they cant.....why do you guys have to measure everything as monetary gains?
as a pharmacist, I'll make enough money to enjoy life....I may even choose NOT to make money...
we see ALOT of miserable rich people in the world....so "making" isnt everything.
p.s. as far as doctors are concerned....initially they "make" less than pharmacists.....and considering all the **** they have to go through and when they're about mid to late 30s...they may make something decent....but still its not worth all the crap you have to go through to get to that level.

Impulse: take it easy girl dont start jumping n comparing things here. We were talking ACCORDING to the statistic n numbers provided. Sure everyone has different opinion about different majors n careers but that doesn't necessarily mean that what you are doing is the best and what others are striving for isnt at the same level. Learn to appreciate every career b/c once in a lifetime You will come across them for help one way or the other.
Happy to c that you are satisfied with your career but lets not just jump to conclusions regarding other career will give the same satisfaction or not .. it all depends on a person :-)
