Is that not a fact, unlike speculations about Bin Laden’s ties elsewhere?

I know, but facts are facts however some may like to forget them, and concentrate on mere speculations elsewhere. :)
are you surprised that Americans worked with Bin Laden? or did you expect someone to come here and try and discredit your source? it shouldn't come to a surprise to anyone. the U.S. continues to have relationships with people, groups, even governments that will possibly, even probably come back one day to haunt them. You can call it deplomacy if you like. Or better yet, maybe it is a concept some guppies don't know. It's something that happens quit often, it's called giving someone the benefit of the doubt?
What beautiful logic.

Yes remember how they were wining and dining with Saddam Hussein when they knew full well he was chemically killing people? Now we hear the hypocritical talk of how bad he was etc. Same with Osama - they trained him, gave him weapons, wined and dined him, facts which are now not mentioned after 9/11.
Once an evil dictator or mad man. Always an evil dictator or mad man right? No. Pro US oh what an angel. Anti US even if democractically elected. Lets bring on the crusades. It is still sorry to see that the American govt and some of its people have this elitest mentality.

Yes, can any American say honestly say that all the leaders it's government supports today are not gross human rights abusers, and indeed terrorists?
