Desperation of American/NATO forces to have safe exit from afghanistan is forcing them into making mistakes. 
It speaks volumes of who has the upper hand in this war, may ALLAH make taliban steadfast in their jihad.

گزشتہ دنوں دشمن کے انٹیلی جنس اداروں کی جانب سے ملک کے بعض صوبوں،سرحدی علاقوں یہاں تک کہ قبائلی علاقہ جات میں امارت اسلامیہ کی قیادت کے نام سے ایک جعلی خط اعلامیہ کی شکل میں مندرجہ ذیل انداز میں نشر کیا گیا۔

مذکورہ بالا جعلی خط کابل اور صوبوں میں امریکیوں اور ان کے کٹھ پتلیوں کی جانب سے میڈیا کے بعض دفاتر کو بھی لفافوں میں ارسال کیا گیا ہے کہ( اسلامی تحریک کے سارے مجاہدین قطر میں مذکرات کے نتائج معلوم ہونے تک اپنی کارروئیوں میں نرمی لائیں) اوراس طرح کے دیگر افواہیں ۔۔۔۔۔ یہ بات واضح ہے کہ مذکورہ عمل امریکی انٹیلی جنس ادارے ۔سی آئی اے کی جانب سے لوگوں کو دھوکہ دینے کی غرص سے جاری کیا گیا ہے اور اس کے پیچھے ان کے مذموم اہداف کار فرما ہیں۔امارت اسلامیہ اس کے بابت مندرجہ ذیل ردعمل کا اظہار کرتی ہے:
جیسا کہ ہمارا مکار دشمن اور اس کے ساتھ قابضین اور ان کے کٹھ پتلی دوست،افغان عوام کی قوت بازو کی طاقت سخت سے حواس باختہ اور خوف کی حالت میں ہیں، اس لئے وہ مختلف طریقوں سے یہ چاہتے ہیں کہ وہ اپنے لئے مٹی کا بند بناسکیں،اور کسی نہ کسی طریقے سے افغان عوام کی جانب سے انتقام اور بدلے کے گراف کو نیچے کراسکیں،تو اس مقصد کے حصول کی خاطر اپنے انٹیلی جنس اداروں کے ذریعے عوام الناس کو ورغلانے کی خاطر اس طرح کے جعلی اور جلد افشا ہونے ناکام حربوں کی کوشش کرتے ہیں،درآں حال ہیکہ ہماری قوم نے اللہ جل جلالہ کی ذات پر کامل یقین اور اپنی ایمانی اور افغانی غیریت کے ساتھ چند دہائی قبلK G B کے مختلف حربوں اور منصوبوں کو ایسی عبرت ناک شکست دی، جس سے ہمیشہ کے لئے دنیا کو کیمونزم کے شرسے نجات ملی،روسیوں نے بھی اپنے کٹھ پتلیوں کے ذریعے ہماری قوم میں مختلف انداز میں جھوٹے اور جعلی منصوبے جاری رکھے ،لیکن سوائے اس کے کہ ہماری قوم ان کے اس طرح کے منصوبوں کے سامنے بیدار ہوئے ان کو اور کچھ نہیں مل سکا،آج امریکی سی آئی اے بھی ان کے قدم پر قدم رکھ رہی ہے اور اسی کی طرح کے حرکتیں کررہی ہے،لیکن افغان بہادر قوم اس طرح کے منصوبوں کو روکنے میں استاد کی حیثیت رکھتی ہے،افغان عوام اس طرح کے منحوس منصوبوں کے اوائل میں اس بات کو سمجھتے ہیں کہ ان کی امارت کس طرح کا موقف اور قیادت رکھتی ہے اور اس طرح کے جعلی خط کن کے جانب سے کن کو بھیجے جارہے ہیں،امریکیوں کو یہ بات واضح طور پر سمجھ لینی چاہیے کہ ان کے خلاف جہاد اور مزاحمت ہماری قوم کی دینی اور ایمانی فریضہ ہے اور اس کے لئے ایک بہت بڑی عقیدوی اساس موجود ہے اور یہ مزاحمت تب تک جاری رہیگی جب تک اس ملک میں بیرونی قابضین کا وجود رہے گا،تو اچھی بات یہ ہے کہ وہ ہمارے عوام کے اصل مطالبات کی طرف متوجہ ہوجائیں ،غلط اور گمراہ کن حرکتوں سے باز آجائیں ورنہ جس طرح انہوں نے دس سال ضائع کئے ہیں وہ اپنی قوم کو مذید فقر اور ہلاکت کی طرف لے جائیں گے اس کے علاوہ ان کے ہاتھ کچھ نہیں آئے گا،امارت اسلامیہ دشمن کے اس طرح کے منصوبوں کو ناکام بنانے کے لئے اور زیادہ متوجہ ہوجائیگی،قابض امریکیوں، ان کے بے ناموس حامیوں پر عسکری کارروائیاں مزید تیز کردیں گے،اور اس وقت تک اپنے مقدس جہاد کو پوری قوت کے ساتھ جاری رکھیں گے جب تک ساری قابض طاقتیں مکمل طور پر نکل نہیں جاتے-

ENGLISH TRANSLATION
The intelligence circles of the enemy have recently distributed a fabricated letter attributed to the leader of Islamic Emirate in form of a statement in the several provinces and border regions of the country and as well as the adjacent tribal belt:
The above fabricated letter put inside envelopes has also been given to some media outlets inside Kabul and other provinces by the Americans and their puppets. The letter states: (All the Mujahideen of the Islamic Movement should restrain their operations until the end of negotiation process in Qatar) and other such nonsense …. This action is clearly the work of the intelligence agency of America (CIA) to deceive the people and for mischievous purposes regarding which the Islamic Emirate gives the following response:
Since our cunning enemy (America, its allies and stooges) is facing frustration and have been shaken by the courageous blows of our Afghan nation, it wants to barricade itself and lower the intensity graph of the wrath and vengeance of the Afghans therefore it is relying on such fabricated and short lived lies spread through its intelligence organs in order to deceive the people. All this comes as our nation, with complete relianc e on Allah (SWT) and with religious and Afghan zeal, handed the various plots of KGB such an exemplary defeat a few decades earlier that the whole world was forever spared from the evil of Communism. The Soviets also tried to promote various lies and fabricated processes through its puppet intelligence without achieving anything tangible except awaken and alert our nation against such plots. Today, the Americans are also following the foot steps of the Soviets and are carrying out similar acts all the while the heroic Afghans are considered the masters of extinguishing such plots. The Afghan people are well aware of the policy of Islamic Emirate and the kind of leader it has, as well as the paths and people that disseminate such fabricated letters.
The Americans must unequivocally understand that the ongoing Jihad and struggle against them is the Islamic and religious obligation of our nation which is our guiding principle and it will continue as long as there is an illegal foreign presence on this soil. So it would be better for them to surrender to the aspirations of our nation and back away from their wrong policies or else they will keep wasting their efforts like the past decade and will keep leading their people towards more poverty and destruction.
The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan shall exert even more efforts to uproot such plots of the enemy, intensify its operations against the Americans, their allies and their despicable internal supporters and will continue unabatedly with its sacred Jihad until the complete withdrawal of all the foreign forces.
