In London there was a girl who had acid thrown at her by a woman in a burqa who turned out to be someone (non-Muslim) she’d fallen out with before.. I think personal reasons might be the motive here as well..

Can’t believe the killer was able to get away so easily..

yeah that’s almost what my first scenario suggested…similar incident happened in Qatar but without the burqa.

Hopefully, the person in burqa will be caught soon.
