American respect for diplomatic immunity - This time an Indian!

So here is another example for the american respect for diplomatic immunity. This time the victim is our neighbors (immediate family member of Indian diplomats).

So the daughter of Indian diplomat was arrested, handcuffed and kept in jail for 24 hours and you would expect it was done because she murdered some one or raped a child or something like this.

No it was done, because her school accused her for sending some threatening emails. LOL, Indians do enjoy the special relationship with the bully.

PS. My sympathies with the poor soul.

NEW YORK/NEW DELHI: The Indian government](Search: Latest News, Videos and Photos of Search | Times of India government) on Wednesday came out in full support of 18-year-old *Krittika Biswas](Search: Latest News, Videos and Photos of Search | Times of India Biswas), daughter of an Indian diplomat, after she sued the New York City government](Search: Latest News, Videos and Photos of Search | Times of India York City government) for $1.5 million for being arrested on false charges, handcuffed and confined with criminals.

Krittika’s harrowing experience began after she was accused of sending obscene and threatening anti-semitic emails to teachers of her school in December 2010 — a charge she repeatedly denied. She was arrested on February 8 and kept in jail for 24 hours before the Indian consulate and the embassy in Washington secured her release.

Despite the Queens district attorney dropping charges and expunging her arrest from the record, school officials sent her to a suspension centre. Krittika told Times Now she was treated like a criminal and forced to spend time with ‘’ HIV patients and sex workers’'.

TEEN TRAUMA

****Krittika, 18, was not allowed to use the bathroom in custody. ‘’ Eventually, I had to go in front of everyone’ ’ in a toilet inside a cell, says the teen.

Taken away from school in handcuffs so tight that “they were like a torture device”. “They based it (the arrest) on basically nothing. I don’t know why he (the actual culprit) wasn’t arrested… the principal pushed for my arrest”

Re: American respect for diplomatic immunity - This time an Indian!

What is the point of this thread, defame India? Great. By the way American's doesn't give a shyt about anyone in the world not even Europeans.

Re: American respect for diplomatic immunity - This time an Indian!

^^ But it feeds akthar bahan's frenzy and wet dreams.

btw we should investigate this and once we find solid proof of american bias than we should attack america and show them what a new-clear power can do. :D

Re: American respect for diplomatic immunity - This time an Indian!

^ new clear power, i think neither you and neither i can’t wait 100 years. :chai:

Re: American respect for diplomatic immunity - This time an Indian!

:smack:

new-clear = nuclear :frowning:

Re: American respect for diplomatic immunity - This time an Indian!

Kaka: Are you ok with this humiliation for a fellow Indian with diplomatic immunity?

A simple Yes or No will do.

Re: American respect for diplomatic immunity - This time an Indian!

I called for new-clear attack on usa didnt i?
:D

Re: American respect for diplomatic immunity - This time an Indian!

Why would you call a nuclear attack on USA for the humiliation of an Indian diplomat?

There are other ways available, for example a very strong diplomatic protest or demarche.

Diplomatic immunity for small things like this should not be violated.

The act of humiliating an Indian with diplomatic immunity (even though we do not have good relations with India) should be condemend.

I would like to know what sane Indians think about this?

Re: American respect for diplomatic immunity - This time an Indian!

^^ Wow, all of sudden you came out of your suicidal plans when the matter concern india.
I am proud of you. i hope you carry same sanity when you talk about matters concerning pakistan as well.

Re: American respect for diplomatic immunity - This time an Indian!

We can address the other non-related topics on the respected threads if you wish to.

But this thread is about respect for international law which US of A is preaching everyone when one murderer was arrested. At that time all the Indians were jumping up and down for diplomatic immunity.

Now I would expect them to do the same for their own country as well, or was that all drama only because the "diplomat" was an American and the host country Pakistan?

Re: American respect for diplomatic immunity - This time an Indian!

^^ No , this thread is your lame attempt to make fun of Indians. and hence deserver replies befitting your IQ. I said the same thing you suggested in another thread, but somehow mine is ridiculous.

btw regarding the diplomatic immunity. she sued the city didnt she. and i can assure you that the city will formally apologize if she indeed had an immunity. We always stand up for our people if they are innocent. IT has happened in all the cases so far, why would this be any be any different.

Re: American respect for diplomatic immunity - This time an Indian!

Yes she seems to have decided to use the judicial system of US on her own since the GOI did not help her. The result of this sue is yet to be seen.

But there was no official demarche from Indian side.

OK, I can understand that the Indian Govt. does not want to annoy US.

But purely on the moral side, should USA be allowed to break international laws? Especially concerning the harrassing of diplomatic staff or their families?

Re: American respect for diplomatic immunity - This time an Indian!

what is this thread doing in "Pak Affairs?

Re: American respect for diplomatic immunity - This time an Indian!

Re: American respect for diplomatic immunity - This time an Indian!

I just hope her suit is successful and she gets a lot of money.

Next time they will think twice before arresting someone with diplomatic immunity.

Re: American respect for diplomatic immunity - This time an Indian!

Re: American respect for diplomatic immunity - This time an Indian!

Latest on that...

USA says, she does not have diplomatic immunity.

India says she has.

Rings a bell? LOL.

Re: American respect for diplomatic immunity - This time an Indian!

India will make a big fuss over and threaten to reciprocate it in dehli, but in reality they would be wishing with their guts that america doesn't call their bluff and simply apologizes so that India can bask in the comfort of being given the respect of the new chaudhray of asia.
But seriously, I have never seen bigger wannabe gorey than indians and they don't really mind whatever US does to them.....

Re: American respect for diplomatic immunity - This time an Indian!
