Amen, brutha. Amen. Normally I'd protest the "anti-Israel" talk, but after watching the candidates at the Republican Jewish Coalition Forum doing what I can only describe as putting Israel before America, I'm disinclined to do so.

I have my doubts... even Ron Paul may yet become another tool... theres no garuntee with politicians... its not like they are honour bound to take thier lives when they mess up. :p

Ron Paul has no chance of winning, but aside from that fact, I don't like his simplistic domestic policy views (naive libertarianism at its best!), though I do find myself in agreement with his foreign policy views.

The Israel Lobby's clout isn't contingent on the man in the Oval Office. About time our voting is informed by factors other than Israel and gays. But yeah, until people start overwhelmingly voting Independent, the 2 party oligarchy and it's ME foreign policy isn't changing any time soon. I'm going to write-in Ralph Nader in symbolic protest.

I like Ron Paul. I think he is man of principles who stands by what he says. I think he is sincere in his views, and I totally agree with him on foreign policy, but I still can't vote for him b/c of his views on domestic issues and civil rights matters.
