The US-based film company Carrese productions has announced the making of a feature film on triumph of non-violent activists worldover including civil disobedience movement of Mahatma Gandhi and Martin Luther King’s stir for civil rights for minorities.
The film, made by local film maker Steve York and Peter Ackerman, chairman of the Santa Monica pictures, follows the struggles and eventual triumph of the non-violent movements ranging from Mahatma Gandhi’s civil disobedience against the British in India to Martin Luther King’s.
