Vietnam Agent Orange plaintiffs condemn US court decision
HANOI (AFP) - Vietnamese Agent Orange victims have angrily condemned a US court’s dismissal of their lawsuit accusing a string of US chemical firms of crimes against humanity and pledged to continue their legal battle.

This is a good thread. The question is whether liabilities can be transferred to the corporations that make the munitions that are used in a war. Very good for bringing this up. And while we are at that..we can aslso discuss how shareholders of these corporations should be held liable for warfare..and take a further leap and see if we can go after scientists and engineers who make these weapons and then on to god for putting the chemicals in the world to be manipulated. I know most have general liability insurance except God. His ass is grass.

My uncle was in Pakistan Army and told me about the atrocities commited by troops in East Pakistan. Very similar to vietnam if not worse
Instead of criticizing Americans or Pakistanis have we addressed the issues? Let me ask you a point blank question Mr Brave Heart; Did you take any concrete steps to eliminate this problem, did you write to your congressman (if you are in US) or did you write to the US consulate /embassy and voice your opinion?
While we are on crimes, I just came back from Venezuela after a two year tour helping poor remote villages with basic necessities. You want to know the name of the organization it’s called peace corp. It’s American. I didn’t see Asian Peace Corp or European Peace Corp (maybe they are engaged in Asia and Europe, but I doubt it).
Maybe I am little too stern, but all I am saying my good sir is not to spread hate and dissent, I am certain you are a muslim, please make Islam and its name shine, let it be the new standard for judging good, love, modesty. Not what you post.

listen rambo if your friends died blame your government ok they sent you to next mans country to occupy and abuse the people. US has history of abuse and crimes against humanity this is obvious to all, how you going to deny this fact.
