I am Pakistani man and proud of it. What is your problem with Pakistani men ? Every nation and every group has some bad and some good in it.
Yep very much so and have three kids with matching DNA to prove it. 
Who care about assets when you are dealing with bigger issues. ?

Firstly, there is no INS anymore.
As for the USCIS, they will take this matter seriously because this is fraud! This is a clear case of polygamy. He will be sent back.

I hate to be the one to say this, but how can you possibly live with someone for 5-6 years, have children with them and not even have an inkling that the dude is only in it for a citizenship? In that case, that dude deserves an oscar for "acting" like he wanted to be married but in majority of cases, there must have been alot more to the breakdown of hte marriage and the citizenship thing is an easy scapegoat.

No they don’t and that is his excuse for second marriage that he wants his legacy to continue, he wants to bring some kids in this world who he will be a role model to. Imagine this a drug addict will be a good father for those kids.

mock me if u will but I still don’t buy that after so many years, this just happesn out of the blue..a young marriage with no kids maybe…but after 5+ years wouldn’t you just know if something was up with your partner? b/c agar aisa hai, then no woman would ever want to marry a guy from pak purely out of this fear!

Your question is still a naive question, I am not putting anything anywhere I am being dragged into it. And yes I am not professionally qualified to sort this out amicably , that is why I asked her to talk to a lawyer instead and told her I will be happy to hook her up with some lawyer who has experience in dealing with these kinds of situations.

You are also right , things like these do not happen overnight.
The whole story is too long and too personal ( personal not for me but for her) to share here. I wanted to find out if it was at all possible to tell this guy to get his act together and come to senses . If he finds out that divorcing this wife and bringing the other one to US is not an option he can explore , this marriage could be saved. He still claims to be in love with this lady and claims that his parents forced him to marry that other girl back home when he went back to visit them. He says that he does not want to leave this one and his parents are forcing him to bring the other wife to America . But they do not know that this guy is good for nothing . He cannot afford to take care of this wife financially and is broke . They do not know that polygamy is against American law and he cannot legally bring the other one from Pakistan to USA and live happily ever after with two wives. He claims that all this pressure from her parents and his love for this one in USA made him become a drug addict because he could not handle the pressure and did not see any solution for this complicated situation. He claims he is working on getting rid of his drug habits and would compromise with the situation in this way that the one in Pakistan stays there and he would visit her from time to time. But her parents are now in a pickle because this second marriage was a watta satta shadi and if he does not bring the other one from Pakistan to USA her sister back home will face issues in her home.
I see this guy as an immature goof who does not know his way around life and gives in to pressures easily. I cannot help him and I cannot help that lady either , I guess.
It is all too very complicated for me to deal with. I have thrown the towel and would love to stay out of it and leave the matter to professionals who might be able to help these two unfortunate human beings.

I guess life is too demanding and too complicated for some folks.
Based on what I have seen , this guy gave in to parental pressure because his sister was getting old sitting home for lack of some reasonable rishta. Those other folks were desperate and were under pressure too because theirs was getting old too for lack of rishta. Everybody thought that they are all just helping each other out. 
Pakistan is 6th most populous country in the world for a country smaller than the size of Texas , too much too deal with for everybody there.

True those parents did not know that life might be easy in USA for folks here but it is not that easy either , the women here would not accept a soutan at any cost and the government agrees to it and would not allow anybody to have a second wife and bring here legally over here as a second wife.

Umm how do we know the man isn't just lying to get a sob story or something?
Anyways, the guys sisters relationship with her in laws is of no relevance to the woman in this situation, she needs to do what she can to get her life back on track. if she wants to spend the rest of her life funding someone's drug addiction....well good for her then.
