In term of Women representation in parliments around the world, United States of America is Ranked at 66th position (16%). Bellow Rawanda (49%) Cuba (36%), Afghanistan (27%) Iraq (25%) Pakistan (21%) and China (20%) -% female representation out of total parlimentarian in the counrty.

There is a big reason for the higher ratio of women in parliament in Pakistan i.e. when the "atleast graduation" became the law - a lot of politians were unable to run in the elections so they had to send their daughters/wives for representation
This way, their authority could stay in the family..
Most developed countries have highest % of women representaion in parliment. Most of the Eurpean countries with highest living standard in the world are at the top, Sweden, Denmark Norway, Finland Spain belgium, netherland etc.. All have more than 30% representation of Females in their parliments
In comparison India which has 80% of its population living on less than 2$ a day is at the bottom along with mostly African and Arab developing countries.
