Bring him a band new latest high speed desktop PC including lots of latest games computer stuffs like joystics, car streering, internet, webcam and set it in his own room, and make him an IT professional coz this is his perfect age to boost his knowledge, he will definetly learn everything faster than his those friends who dont have PC at their home. Side by side he can do masti too on same place, im sure he will never ever get bored with PC and he will definetly jump into your lap after getting all these and for outside tafriii bring him a PS3 & mp3 player.

I was gonna recommend a video game aswell, you should somehow find out what console he has and just go with the game.

Heheh.. Sorry you didnt mention it but take my advice for your future baby… hmmm if you r ready to spend 50$ so bring him a sports by-cycle coz that can be useful for his health and can be used for long period. If you want to give 3-4 items in 50-60$ so you can bring like Mp3 memory pocket player, Remote control Car or plane, Electric tooth brush, Games CD’s etc etc. If you live in Dubai you can get lots of quality items on cheap rates, within 50-60$ you can get lots of items. I had bought once a Remote control plane which also lands on water for my cousin in dubai just in 36$ and thats also worked perfectly, you can also land that plane on hard surface. Bring him only electronic items or like by-cycle coz boys love them.

No its like when ur kids finish reading the quran for the first time, you throw a party in celebration, the kids gets gifts from everyone and the quran teacher gets a gift from the kids parents usually. It includes the child reciting the Quran in front of everyone too.
