Who here uses Amazon and is signed up for Amazon Prime?

I use amazon for all of my shopping and use Prime as well. Gives you 2 day shipping for free. Signed up for a student account since I have a .edu email account which is a requirement. Free for 1 year and then half the subscription.

We don't have prime for students in Uk so no.

I am interested to know about the Amazon video streaming service that comes with the prime subscription. How did you find it in comparison with Netflix or Hulu plus?

we've had it for a few years now. last year we bought a king mattress from amazon, that got delivered free of charge. :D

tlk, it is better than hulu plus, my wife watches more stuff on amazon streaming than netflix. also a lot of kids shows are on it.

Yes please. Been asking for like forever :grumpy:. I did get free Prime with the purchase of my Kindle. But that’s just for a month. Then we upgrade to the $79/year one :smiley:

i think they have a half price thing for students and faculty (aka a .edu email address for signup).
