Amazon apparently short changes its workers

Amazon Warehouse Workers Sue Over Security Checkpoint Waits

There was a more recent link which I couldn’t find. Here is summary

Workers at warehouses - several temporary- have to clock out while leaving and then stand in line to be checked for any potential theft. These lines are 30 minutes long. So workers are now suing to get paid.

Surprisingly - maybe be not - a lower court threw this lawsuit out. But a federal court is hearing it.

your thought?

On top they are trying hard to buy news agency to get in top of dirty power and manipulation games.
I heard whole presentation about it one day, while driving, could not www on each one of the things mentioned.

Re: Amazon apparently short changes its workers

If the Lower court has rejected the plea, then hardly any chances are the Federal court will take any favourable stand
