A long time ago, i visited. It is after ‘Sialkot’. Might be “Kamoki” or “Marikiwal”

All I remember there is a very famous bridge, below the water of melted ice flows.

The three smaller petals are said to be representing the three smaller territories of Northern Areas, Azad Kashmir and Federally Administered Tribal Areas). When a top view of the monument is taken from air, it looks like a star with a crescent moon.
