So…I heard from someone…that apparenty there is this amazing device that is called a roti maker..its like a panini press…and you close and flip it and volia…your roti is made!!!
Is this really true…and if so where do you get this amazing machine?
p.s. How many of you have those dough mixers…like the kitchen Aid stand mixer? WOuld you reccomend it?
I just see the older generations still mixing dough by hand..and there has to be an easier way now with all this technology and stuff…
What other amazing cooking inventions are out there…that I dont know about that could make my life so much easier…please do share!!!
Believe it or not there is such thing as a Samosa maker!!! And they say it is for making Samosa, however, I find it quite handy for making empanadas, num, num, num.

and for me.. my chopper / blender is a piece of kitchen wizadry and genius .. my onions it chops, my tomatoes it blends, my garlic and ginger it chops…u name it !!!

When I was at home in the Uk with my family - the machine that was a godsend then was the " atta mixer".. just add ur flour , water and put it on and it wud mix ur atta to a lovely dough!!!:k:**
Wow...I just heard about a mango pitter!!! I didn' know this exsisted...and now please no one burst my bubble by saying its been around since the dawn of time!!
