I can assure you she is not. I found the video annoying too. It is like it goes past funny then wraps around to the other end.

It's so off-the-wall that is doens't make a person laugh, but makes them cringe from annoyance.

The other annoying aspect about it is that the words that are being said, 'spoof' as they are, carry a distrubing truth ... I'm not very political but I thought I'll give this one message an answer.
