Dizzy or relaxed? I guess depending on what time of the day it is our muscles relax after taking a shower. Its like u have that "Nasha" if its night time & all u have to do after shower is sleep.

yeh to main ne suna hai balkeh kar ke bhi dekha hai ke newborn babies ko nehla do to phir soay rehtay hain.
Baron ke baray main to kabhi nahin suna tha

Roz shower lia karo , aik maheenay kay baad nahi. :)Jo log roz shower nahi latay sif woh hee dizzy ho jatay hain shower k baad.
There is science behind what I am saying.
Since you take shower after so many days , you spend too much time on cleaning yourself and you take a very long shower, it increases your blood pressure which cause this dizziness.
