Depends on what is missing and how... your destnation is the logical outcome of the way you lead your life. All tenants of this chapter are interconnected.

I sumtimes get confused at things like if u do this u will go to hell if u do this u will go to heaven, at the end of the day ALLAh will decide who goes where he is merciful and forgiving

this is merit system
but Allah had also told that he is merciful
one must try to fulfil the 4 criteria , even if something is missing unintentiallly pray to Allah that he should bless , might be Allah bless us even something is missing
these days to my knowledge , that might be wrong , no one is fullfiling the criteria so we must pray and hope for his mercy

Allah has blessed all of us with different capabilities/ capacities. Now it is up us as to whether or not we use these for the path of deen or not.
But one thing is for sure, sitting in a shell and doing iadat all day long and not speaking out when Allah SWT laws are eing broken is wrong, and we WILL be questioned about it.
Preaching "good" can e done in a numer of ways, and we have to use hikmat to judge that which is best.
May Allah guide all of us, accept our nekiya and forgive our many shortcomings.

Preaching is a very important part, but how many of us are into preaching?
Preaching nowa days isnt easy at all, because we are all like we dont need anyone telling us what to do.
So if we dont preach, are we in loss?

Only Allah knows who will go to Jannah. Maybe you will be a 'jahanumeen' - a believer who will serve time in Hell (for his sins) before entering Jannah.
Establishing the 5 pillars will get you to Jannah (inshallah), but if you still have some sins left (on judgement day, which were not forgiven), then you may first have to pay for them by serving time in Hell.
Per my knowledge, all 5 pillars must be established in order to enter Jannah. If one is missing (i.e. you completed 4/5; never fasted), you cannot enter it. However, I don't think that the other guidelines/restrictions mentioned in the Quran/Hadeeth (i.e. gambling) are included in the basic criteria for entering Jannah, unless it says specifically (i.e. a murderer = unbeliever).

It is a merit system but priority is in that particular order. You cannot leave number 1 at any cost, and number 3 is invalid if number 2 is not there. etc

but have some reservations as well
if you take 1 as muslim only , i will not agree
here to my knowledge ( might be wrong ) Eman is taken as believe in one true God without any partner , son etc
and 2 and 3 can be taken separately
why because if we take one as "There is no god but God"
and telling this to others as number 3 a true tableegh
and doing good deeds forexample helping others , good behaviour etc as number 2
even if someone is bad in number 2 he can fulfill the number 3
although is sinner for not doing number 2 but 3 is fullfiled, because even if no one believe him because of his bad behaviour , he has done his work for himself, because he has a duty to do 4 works not for others but for himself and he has done 3 although no one believe him
but he is not successful because due to his bad behaviour his number 3 remain useless
