I used to sleep walk…like the get-up-in-the-middle-of-the-night-disarm-the-alarm-system-and-walk-outside type of sleep walking…no joke. Had a few such instances as a child, and then the last one I think was when I was pregnant with my oldest, so about 8 years ago…scary stuff…

may be you went and killed Sanaabc, and she is only a spirit now but she don’t know..

You need to realize that at GS, NONE of us can tell you for a fact that the symptoms you’re experiencing are not life threatening. The ONLY person who can tell you that is a physician who you go see in real-life. Hallucinations…especially hearing voices can be a symptom of schizophrenia…and if not caught early/treated property…it can destroy your life (one of my co-workers son has this and its awful). I’ve also heard of cases where a brain tumor can cause people to hallucinate.

I’m not writing any of this to scare you. I understand that this isn’t a pleasant thing for you and that you don’t like doctors. But if you care about your health at all…please go see a doctor and ask them what might be going on with your body. Do NOT rely on internet forums for situations which has the potential to be life threatening.

Just make sure you are not hallucinating when you go see the doctor. I mean go see the doc for real, not just in your dreams.

But who am I to judge. May be we are all dreaming at this time and will wake up one day…

my cousin(back home) used to sleep walk .So when they would sleep on rooftop, they used rope to tie her with a charpaii.

I know. I came here for people to tell me that its completely normal. With mom combating degenerative disease and grandpa having Alzheimer, I dont want to voice my fears. might take me a while before I go see a doc
