2) How many incidents of cuts in "that area" occur daily in Pakistan? I ask this because a lot of Pakistanis shave down there, and the cheapest blade in Pakistan is a simple safety razor, not a Gilette Mach3 kind of razor. I am assuming this is very common.
For a beginners there may be some cuts but I do not think there are any cuts brone by an experienced guy.
