I had an aluminium pressure cooker, but switched to stainless steel and couldn’t be happier. The aluminium one was very tough to clean, and after a few years it got mis-shapen and would wobble on the stove. I got a flat bottom stainless steel cooker that is super easy to clean (no hand scrubbing required on most days, I just toss it into the dishwasher) and has retained it’s shape after 4+ years. As far as taste goes, I’ve never really noticed a difference.

that’s why, i think, the stainless steel pressure cookers are NOT good because it’s NOT good for bhoonofying the meat…no?
