Just saw this documentary a few days ago and I found it very interesting.
Note: I dont subscribe to the theories / ideas shared in these video, Although I found then highly educational and entertaining. It is advised that it should be watched in similar vein
Couple of observations:
- Some quotes from divine books are taken out of context
- If you have a theory and then you look for "proof" in divine books, you will surely find it. (POliticans do that all the time)
- The counter arguments (e.g, where they prove Christ is not documented) were extremely weak - if not totally ignorable
- There was v.weak bakcing of what documentary was claiming. E.g, "age" how does that mean 1520 years? Just because the word "Age" is used multiple times doesn't mean ....
- Documentary establishes couple of UNPROVEN hypothesis and builds the whole thing on that. If you accept the HYPOTHESIS then yes it is true - but thats not proper.
some of the reference i checked looked genuine For example , Saragon was actually an ancient king around 2000 BC. and his childhood story is carbon copy of moses' story.
But other references require more extensive research. For instance Hindu friends can tell whether facts about krishna are true or not ?
Also explainantion of equinoxes is mind boggling and requires more investigations
