Maybe he thinks that British India should have given Pakistani passports. Besides I am not sure how popular passports were at that time, even till 60's the borders of the world were open.

Before creation of Pak and India, there was British India and hence Quaid-e-Azam was issued a British Passport ...

Quaid was issued an Indian passport, which had words to the effect of 'allegiance to the king of britain' or something. Everyone at that time was issued the same passport as the country was ruled by the brits. And Altaf Hussain's explanation defies common logic. His drone has no guidance systems.

If anybody can educate Quaid-e-Tareekh that Quaid-e-Azam was citizen of British India therefore he had British Passport ... Im sure nobody can :D
