For a person that is responsible for the deaths of thousands, a person that openly boasted of killing people and tried to cultivate a macho image, he actually happens to be a coward...run away from Pakistan due to fear of death and could not face police questioning like a man and had to be admitted to a hospital. The reality of the man is somewhat different than the image he tried to cultivate of himself.
