You are using the same argument the Han Chinese use towards the Tibetans or the Isrealis towards the Palestinians. Actually, Hamas is a great analogy. The Isrealis use everything but negotiations, and they get lumped with Hamas. The Pakistani establishment has done the same with the urdu speakers, it keeps sending regiment after regiment of Soldiers and Rangers, and yet instead of repressing them, they get the bhai.
