Remember that song was sung in mammoth public address by ZAB when he requested Indira Gandhi to release 95000 prisoners of war in 1972. He said when he was young he used to sing his favorite song on bicycle while going to college. Perhaps his address was in Nitshtar Park Karachi. Indira Gandhi released them soon after his address. :)

Take over it all himself on the 15th day to replace them all? More than likley.
It's hard to take it at face value, when there are outstanding allegations and the man refuses to lead his people from within the country.
