I doubt it is correct position as traditionally host of organizations operated from safe heavens like UK.
It is also correct that MQM is part of US plans, evidence recently released wikileak US consulate claiming MQM has 25000 armed fighter but also classified them as ‘GOOD’ (obviously mean someone is on US sides).
Anyway I highly doubt about if they have 25k fighters but mostly organization exaggerate their numbers to show their power.
