How can one give a fatwa when terrorist attacks in Pakistan are either done by the Americans or as a result of their policies in Afghanistan (and pakistans support to it)? This is the reason why some don’t even give fatwas against suicide bombings.

This is the fallacy created by Taliban apologists like Imran Khan. Terrorism in Pakistan is neither due to America’s involvement nor due to Pakistan’s support to it.
