He is in London, its against the law to do so, if ISI knows of a plan to hit him then they have to report it, if he dies of an attack (even if its not by ISI) then it will be a big problem for ISI. everyone is waiting for him to come back, they will give him few weeks of freedom and then someone from inside his own circle will take him out. he is not as important or popular any more.
