Remember, neither MQM presented any Illegal Deman to Musharraf (like people accuse MQM for JinahPur) nor Musharraf accepted any such Illegal Demand. But still there was Total Peace and Development during 8 years of Musharraf (contrary to all 4 Eras of PPP and Nawaz).
Now you raise a good question. During operations of 1992+ in Karachi, intelligence/army "found" maps of Jinnahpur. Many MQM supporters here support ISI and army (kinda blindly) and enforce that these two institutions are sincere to the nation. My question is then obviously, was that allegation by military/ISI true or false?
