Altaf and mature don't sit well together. You only have to youtube some of his older speeches. I heard his remarks about Nawaz Sharif today, they didn't really come across as a surprise. MQM leaders also routinely try to belittle and insult Imran Khan by bringing up his personal life.

I am not in agreement with a lot of the views of Imran khan but at least he is not corrupt thug like the current politicians. Too bad he will never get a chance to even show how bad he is a leader in Pakistan since we keep on trying the same out lundas.

The fact is that this bout of vitriolic statements was started by that Gadha Sharif during a rally when he went all out against MQM. What did that idiot expect in return? Obviously, that’s the reaction he would have gotten.

MUZAFFARABAD: Nawaz Sharif, the Chief of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), has criticized the Chief of Mutahida Qaumi Movement (MQM), Altaf Hussain on Sunday for supporting a dictator in past.
Nawaz Sharif, during his visit of Muzaffar today, made a formal announcement to form PML-N in Azad Kashmir.
He criticized MQM chief Altaf Hussain on the occasion while saying that those who are talking of a revolution in the country why they supported a dictator for 11 years in past.
Nawaz Sharif added that when the Chief Justice went to Karachi then countless people were killed there and similarly when a MPA was murdered then again many were murdered in the metropolis.

It was Nawaz who first started his attacks against MQM in Muzaffargarh. MQM replied in kind.
Fazlur Rehman is also saying that had Nawaz not attacked MQM, then MQM might have completely abandoned alliance with PPP.

Nawaz may or may not have valid points. That's not the discussion in this thread. The thread was started for saying that MQM increased the political temperature by abusing Nawaz Sharif.
But this point is untrue, and every follower of truth should acknowledge that Nawaz is responsible for these abuses.

If what is posted in 1st post is true then Nawaz Sharif didn't make any personal attacks. Altaf Hussein should know that pharmacist is not a doctor, he can't prescribe medicine for any illness.

Talking about each other in a public speech is okay whether or not it has a historical context but personal attacks specially by a 'party chief/leader' is a big no-no IMO.
