I agree with that, though here the arrest was made by CID. Many times police arrest a culprit and then either judiciary fails to find enough evidence to indict and punish him or there is pressure from political parties/local influentials.
What we need now is that as soon as a “terrorist” or “terrorist supporter” is arrested he must be transferred to special facility where he can be tried, indicted and punished.
We do have death penalty, the only issue is if judiciary can find evidence sufficient to indict them.
May be its time to reform the law against terrorism and quickly hang these guys.
