One of the best Pakistani drama I have seen. Great dialogues with great acting. Indeed script plays a very important part in making any serial a hit, which very clearly is lacking in today’s dramas.
One of the dialogues:
Nosa nosey aagaye hain
Translation in urdu: Nako nakki
Just watch the first episode and you will see what I mean:
Point related to the Cafe:
Who do you think is the **Alpha Bravo Charlie **of Cafe??
go ahead start naming.
I think Shikra is Faraz**
Khumar is Kashif
and Niksik is Gul- Sher**
Lois u’re one grass hopper with a gross sense of taste

If you expect to be respected, do show the same.
No not really. just a combination of a whole lot that is contributing towards the blues. Its sad when ppl around u die young :(
Alpha Bravo Charlie was very realistic.
because the gul-sher part was what had happened to a best friend of mine. Her fiance who went and fought under the UN for the Bosnia serb war, was to come back in due time for his wedding. A day before their house was decorated and the couple showered with so many wedding gifts, but unfortunately the groom-to-be arrived in a coffin... and this drama was written afterwards inpired by so many lads that went away to protect their fellow musalman brothers/sisters from supression and cruelty

awwnn soo sorry to hear this =( I know the guy is prolly a shaheed but just thinking about what his family and girl'e emotion would have been at that time .. can't imagine.
and @ Nazia hassan: yea it was a quick loss of Pakistani's best pop singers but then when one gotta go then he/she gotta go right? She left behind many great hits of her and MashaAllah she is still remembered today.
Watch the ABC drama again ..only forst couple episodes - it will cheer ya up =)
Don’t worry Lois… life brings its ups and downs, we just have to cope. Sometimes its do-able, sometimes it just boils over and u can’t take it any more. but life goes on… sorry for spoiling ur thread and being antzy …good night and sweet dreams
ps. I’ve deep roots with army/navy/forces. The Kashif character was based on another family friend. So basically I knew them in real life. No I’m not bragging
